We are Owners, Landlords and Manage all our own Properties
We started our Rental Property business over 6 years ago. Our goal was to own one unit, and now we own over 6 units in the Grande Prairie and area. Dustin is a Heavy Duty Mechanic and I am a Registered Nurse .
We manage all our own rentals. Dustin takes care of all the unit maintenance and I manage all the rental applications, lease paperwork, billing etc. We take pride in our rentals and want the renting experience for tenants to be positive. We have learned that good communication is key to our success. We want our rental to be your home.
